What could be the reason for the low sex drive and libido after taking Invega and Lamictal?
Hello doctor,
I have taken one shot of Invega 100 mg and Lamictal 200 mg every day, and it completely killed my sex drive and libido. I am stopping the medication, and I am turing 18 next week. I was searching how to reverse it (other than stopping, that I certainly will), and I found a doctor saying that Wellbutrin would help because the sexual side effects are linked with low dopamine levels. Is this true? And if not, is there any other medication that can help me with this other than viagra?

Are laziness and lack of concentration symptoms of depression?
Hello doctor,
I am a college student. Recently my results for last year were out, and I did not get a good score. I have to score better marks next year to attain admission in the university. I am depressed because of my poor performance and results, and can not concentrate on anything. I have become lazy and lagging behind in classes. I try very hard to study with concentration, but I am unable to do so.
Please give me some advice to overcome this problem.

What can cause aggressive and violent behavior with a history of PTSD?

My father has a history of being severely abused, physically and mentally, by his parents. He is a great father and a kind man. Two weeks ago this switched, he is now angry, aggressive, threatening, and convinced that me and my family are against him. He once threatened suicide with a gun in his hand, which is currently on an involuntary hold. He has a history of suspected PTSD (flashbacks, nightmares, haunted by childhood abuse). He is taking narcotic pain pills and beta-blockers. He has suddenly begun drinking aggressively, become violent, and cries about the abuse he sustained frequently. What could this be, and is the old dad coming back?

How can someone with depression explain to his family about gender dysphoria?
Hi doctor,
I think I have gender dysphoria and may be transgender since I was a kid and always wanted to be a boy, I even told my parents as a kid, but they just laughed it off and got angry at me later. I cross-dress at home when everyone is away. I lie to people online and tell them I am a boy. When I found out about transgender people and gender dysphoria, I thought that, yeah, finally, it is me, and I can be a boy. I came out to my sister, but she thinks I am a tomboy and not transgender. Is there any way to confirm that I am a transgender? I think I am trans, but she thinks I am a tomboy, and I do not know how to confirm it to her or what to do I am depressed and was about to cut myself yesterday. I would not say I like all that. I do not know what to do anymore.
