Hello doctor,
I am not a type of completely emotionless person. I was feeling sad and anxious after my dog died as I am more emotional towards the animals. I am very selfish by using the people for my own benefit. I used to have fun and manipulate people and never felt anything bad about what I am doing so far. Even I din not get any emotion towards my grandmother when she died and pretended to be sad and cried fakely as my partents wanted to see it. I have insomnia and lie awake with thinking for hours. I lie a lot making the people to think differently about me. I vividly imagine how I would kill someone and graphically imagine about the blood and screams of the people. I do not want to be like this and cannot handle by myself.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I went through your query and understood your concern.
I suggest you not to make self diagnosis based on the net sources, tests, and symptoms. It seems you are suffering from mood swings and depression. So, I suggest you consult a specialist. I suggest you get out all your emotions, especially about your childhood suffering. Psychotherapy would give you lots of benefits. It will help in changing your behavior and feelings. Do not worry.
I hope this has helped you.
Thanks and regards.
