I have crowded teeth and a wisdom tooth coming in the lower jaw and the back side, which has not grown fully. It is only on the surface, and just a little bit is beneath. Will it cause an issue, or should I wait for it to come? There are no major symptoms or issues with it, but I am starting my aligners treatment by next month, so I just wanted to confirm if there is an issue with these teeth. But there was some redness for a few days some weeks back. Please help.

Can dental injections be painful?
Hello doctor,
I am 17 years old and have always been terrified of needles.
I have a cleaning appointment tomorrow.
I know that I have a small cavity.
Not sure if they are going to get it filled.
So I wanted to know, what does the dental injection feel like?
How painful is it on a scale of one to ten, and does it even go deep into the gum?
I want to ensure what to expect from the dentist, as it has also helped in the past.
