What can reduce my mother's bone pain in breast cancer?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. I understand your concern about the patient. As per the scan report you sent (attachment removed to protect patient identity), though the metastasis is widespread, she has relatively improved as far as bone is considered (sclerotic). In the case of cancers, bone quality is largely affected. Bisphosphonates are used to improve the quality of bone, which is a slow process.

Please see the x-ray, and tell me the reason for my foot pain.

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. I have seen your x-ray (attachment removed to protect patient identity). I accept that there is minimal disruption present, but that is managed based on your response to conservative management. Though it might be difficult, it is good that you have been on a non-weight bearing for eight weeks. I advise using shoes or covered sandals for another few weeks, and you can bear weight.

How to manage the bruise and swelling caused by gymnastics?

Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. The image you sent (attachment removed to protect patient identity) shows that there is a bruise over the metacarpophalangeal joint that is at the base of your fingers. You might not be able to move it in all directions because of hematoma in that region or some tendon or ligament injury. Chance of fracture is less, but has to be ruled out with an X-ray. Use ice packs (not hot pack) to reduce pain.
