Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been having abdominal pain for more than six months, and I have used a lot of medication. Sometimes I feel strange moving from my side to my back or to the other side. I have had an abdominal scan and a stool antigen test. Nothing was found. I used ulcer medication and antibiotics. And now I have been having pain and discomfort by my side; my urine is green, and my spam is not the way it was supposed to be.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern. Abdominal pain seems to be associated with the urogenital system. Do a urine routine test, urine culture, and sensitivity test, and send me reports. Meanwhile, take plenty of water daily, avoid all sexual activities including masturbation for a few weeks to heal completely, and take tablet Pan 40 (Pantoprazole) one tablet per day on an empty stomach, a tablet Cataspa (Dicyclomine and Diclofenac) twice a day, syrup Citralka (Disodium Hydrogen Citrate) 15 ml in 200 ml water three times a day and tablet Niftas1 (Nitrofurantoin)twice a day for seven days. Do follow up after seven days. I hope this helps you.

Thank you.
