Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I had open abdominal surgery ten weeks ago and have suffered from vascular compression disorders, connective tissue disorder, chronic daily migraine, and constipation or diarrhea. I was on Methylphenidate, low-dose Aspirin, a restricted diet, and an active lifestyle. I have suffered abdominal pain in epigastric and midline areas accompanied by constipation. Please help.
Thanks.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
Take a Pantoprazole tablet twice daily before food, and also take Cremaffin plus syrup (Sodium picosulfate) 15 ml at night before going to sleep. Get an abdominal ultrasound for internal abdominal pathology. Consult a specialist doctor and take medications with their consent.
I hope this information will help you.
Thanks.
