Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am currently 17 years old. I have concerns regarding my face. I tried products, but I think my face is getting worse, and I have been getting many little pimples. Can you recommend a good brand and type of product for healthy and clear skin?
Please help.
Thanks.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern.
I am very sorry about your medical condition, and I am glad that you are paying attention to changes in your body system. Regarding your symptoms, I believe you have developed acne vulgaris, possibly due to hormone imbalance or cosmetic changes. Any itching, swelling, or use of contraceptive pills? Kindly do not use Vaseline jelly, for it will make it worse. Take a tablet of Minocycline 500 mg for one week, and apply topical 2 % Resorcinol or topical 0.1 % Tretinoin, Azelaic acid, or 5 % Dapsone gel for one month. I hope this information will help you.
Follow up in case of further queries.
I hope this information will help you.
Thanks.
