Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read the query, and I can understand your concern.

Pimple is somewhat hormonal and due to oily skin. Therefore, I suggest the following measures:

  1. Do not use hair oil or sticky cream on your face.

  2. Avoid oily food, chocolate, and milk products.

  3. Avoid dust and use sunscreen above 30 SPF (sun protection factor).

  4. Do not rub cream on the face.

  5. Do not use any steroid creams.

  6. Continue treatment for at least one month.

  7. Facewash or soap is not a treatment and is not very useful.

  8. Do not touch acne and avoid pressing it.

I suggest the following treatment:

Clindamycin (Clintop, Faceclin (Clindamycin and Nicotinamide), or Clear gel) is more preventive and curative. So I suggest using it all over your face in the morning. Acne can be treated at night using Adapalene gel, such as Adalene (Adapalene with Clindamycin) or Differin. Tablet Doxycycline 100 mg once a day. Consult a specialist doctor, talk to them, and then take the medication.

I hope this will help you.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
