Repeat an X-ray after a total duration of three months. Pain should reduce by six weeks. If you still have pain, then I suggest you take the following tablets:

1. Tablet Ibuprofen 400 mg twice daily in the morning and night for ten days after food.

2. Tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg twice daily in the morning and night for ten days before food.

3. Tablet Shelcal (calcium) 500 mg twice daily in the morning and night for 30 days before food.

4. Tablet vitamin D 60k units once daily for ten days, then once a month for 11 months.
