Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
This pain just before periods could be due to
Once the periods are over and blood flow decreases, the pain may improve. Vaginal infections can be transmitted during sexual activity, so both partners may need treatment to prevent reinfection.
Symptoms can include white, yellow, or grayish vaginal discharge, with or without itching, a foul odor, pain during intercourse due to reduced lubrication, and deeper pelvic pain toward the end of intercourse when the penis contacts the upper vagina. The pain may also radiate to the lower back or thighs.
2. Endometriosis. Bleeding in periods usually comes out. A small amount of blood may flow backward through the fallopian tubes into the abdominal cavity. This tissue can attach to surrounding muscles and ligaments, causing inflammation and pain, particularly before or during periods.
The pain often improves after menstruation. Other symptoms may include ovarian cysts, pain during or after intercourse, and changes in menstrual bleeding patterns. Treatment often involves hormonal therapy under a doctor's supervision to reduce menstrual bleeding and control symptoms.
3. Uterine polyps or fibroids. These growths within the uterus may cause pain before or during menstruation. The traction and contractions associated with menstrual bleeding can contribute to pelvic discomfort.
I hope this information helps.
Thank you, and take care.
Regards.
