Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have been having severe back pain since the injury, and my back has been in a lot of pain since then. My brother gave me Ixprim 5 yesterday, and I felt better. Today I used Dienfene and Codiphar, but nothing has helped. It is still very sore.
Kindly help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understood your concern.
I am really sorry you are going through this. Severe ongoing back pain after trauma should not be ignored, particularly since it has not improved with medications like Difene (Diclofenac), Codiphar (Codeine and Paracetamol), or Ixprim (Tramadol and Paracetamol).
The fact that the pain is intense every day suggests there could be something more serious, such as a muscle tear, spinal injury, or inflammation that needs proper medical assessment. Waiting too long could make things worse.
You should seek urgent medical attention, ideally at an emergency department or by contacting your doctor immediately, especially if you have any numbness, weakness, difficulty walking, or worsening pain.
Also, if your weight is extremely low for your height, it can affect healing and overall health, so this is something a doctor should evaluate as well.
Until you are seen, try to avoid further strain, keep movements gentle, and do not take more medication than prescribed or mix medications without guidance. You deserve proper care and relief from this pain, so please do not delay getting checked.
I hope you are satisfied with my answer. For further queries, you can consult me at iCliniq.
Thank you.
