Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I have a problem with large penis size and redness of glans and foreskin.
When I try to put on a condom, it gets worse. Condoms also break after practicing with masturbation.
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Relax and make yourself stress-free. It could be balanitis (inflammation of the glans penis). The size of the glans varies from person to person. Some may have a minor or large penis. 95 percent have average size.
Here are a few things you need to follow:
Wash the area with Episoft (Caprylyl methicone) cleanser or No soap cleanser daily for one month.
Apply one percent Hydrocortisone gel at night for ten days (to reduce redness).
Apply moisturizer after bath for one month.
If itching, apply Candid (Clotrimazole) cream at night for two weeks.
Maintain proper genital hygiene.
Keep the area clean and dry. Do not scratch or rub.
Avoid chronic friction.
Reduce exposure to irritants.
Avoid frequent masturbation.
Avoid fragrance-based lotion or soap use.
Keep checking on sugar levels.
Get STI (sexually transmitted infection) panel tests to rule out possible sexually transmitted infection if there is a history of high-risk exposure or unprotected sex.
Practice safe sex.
I hope this has helped you.
Please feel free to reach out to me again if you have further queries.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thank you for the reply.
I will try to follow this.
I never had sex. My penis is 9.44 inches long and 5.90 inches girth, is this normal?
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Penis size varies from person to person and as such there is no normal size. But the size you mentioned is a bit larger than the average size.
I hope this has helped you.
Please feel free to reach out to me again if you have further queries.
Thank you.
