I have a Bartholin cyst. It is only on one side, causing mild pain, and it is small, pea-sized. But, after a hot compress, there is pus over it.

It is normal for you to be worried about a Bartholin's gland cyst you may be having. The Bartholin gland has a duct that opens into the vaginal introitus (vagina opening). These ducts help to secrete some secretion during arousal when having sex. When this duct of the Bartholin's gland is infected or blocked, it causes the gland to start swelling, resulting in a Bartholin's cyst or abscess.
Since the Bartholin's gland cyst is still the size of a pea, you would need to do a sitz bath and take antibiotics. The antibiotics are important, as most cases of Bartholin's gland duct blockage are due to sexually transmitted infections.
Take a sitz bath in the morning and evening for a week, and take a capsule Doxycycline 100 mg (milligrams) twice a day for ten days. Additionally, you said that after a hot compress, there is a pus head; this necessitated the use of antibiotics. You should get better after the sitz bath and antibiotics. If paraventure, you still do not get better after the measures, then you will need to consult in the emergency room for assessment and next line of management.

Last night I had pus and blood coming out from there, and after the cyst became very small, and now it is not hurting at all. Does that mean it’s gone?
