How can I grow a full beard?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I cannot grow beards on my cheeks but my mustache and beard near my chin grow properly, what can be done to grow a full beard? Please help.

Hi,

I am glad you chose icliniq for your medical-related queries.

I understand your concern and will try to help you with it.

This is very common not to have full grown beard. As you have mentioned you have hair on chin and moustache but not on cheeks, you can consider meeting an endocrinologist and get your hormones laboratory test done. This is just to ensure that you do not have any hormonal issues. If everything is normal, you can consider beared transplant surgery. It is safe and permanent solution to your problem.

Thank you for consulting me.

You can always reach me at icliniq.com.
