I have random large holes on my nose that look like blackheads, but nothing is inside. Also, rock hard pimple that has been on my nose for over a year. What is it? It is so embarrassing. Kindly help.

From your descriptions, you have developed pustular acne with blackheads, which means you have grade 2 or 3 acne. You can use topical 1 % Clindamycin gel in the morning and use 3.5 % Microbenz gel (Benzoyl peroxide) at night, and take a tablet of Doxycycline 100 mg once daily for four weeks after consulting your general practitioner or nearby dermatologist.
