Is immunotherapy effective for my mother's bladder cancer?

My mother is 67 years old and was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer after several months of blood in her urine. The cystoscopy showed a three cm tumor, and the biopsy confirmed that it is transitional cell carcinoma. She is scheduled for a TURBT procedure next week, but we are all very scared about what comes next.

Her CEA levels are elevated at 8.2, and the CT scan showed some suspicious lymph nodes. She has been experiencing severe urgency and frequency, sometimes going to the bathroom 15 to 20 times per day. The bladder cancer diagnosis came as a shock because she never smoked and has always taken good care of herself.

Her creatinine level is slightly elevated at 1.4, which the urologist says may affect treatment options. She has also been having pelvic pain that radiates down her legs, especially at night. The most difficult part is that she feels embarrassed about wearing adult diapers, even though the urine leakage is getting worse. She used to be very active, but now she is afraid to leave the house.
