Can I get my recent health report reviewed by a general physician?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I would like to get my recent health report reviewed by a general physician for guidance.

Kindly help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

According to your reports (attachments removed to protect the patient’s identity), you have done some investigations and would like to interpret those blood results. All the investigation results that are provided here are within the standard limits. Except for the vitamin D3 level, which is at 23.6 ng/mL, and is indicative of vitamin D3 insufficiency in your body, I suggest you take calcium and vitamin D3 supplements daily.

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me if you have any further queries.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for your reply.

I also want to check my cholesterol levels indicated in the report. Can you please guide me on that?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have already checked all your blood results (attachments removed to protect the patient’s identity). Some values of your lipid profile are slightly high, but not high enough to take any medication. For that reason, I have not suggested anything regarding your lipid profile.

Just lifestyle modifications like avoiding fat-enriched foods in your daily food menu, eating plenty of green leafy vegetables, plenty of fluid intake, and regular exercise will be the advice for you, and repeat your lipid profile after two to three months.

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact me if you have any further queries.

Thank you.
