How do I manage blood in stool after my C-section?

I have had blood in the stool, and it has been visible on the tissue since yesterday. I am 12 weeks postpartum after a C-section delivery. I have attached the pictures.
My doctor checked and told me that there are no hemorrhoids.
Should I be concerned?

I understand your concern.
I reviewed your pictures (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). Blood in stool is often distressing for the patient and can be due to a solitary rectal ulcer, mucosal erosion, gastroenteritis, piles, fissure, or a tumor.
A definite cause can only be concluded after a detailed physical examination, along with a full-length colonoscopy and CECT (contrast-enhanced computed tomography) abdomen if required.
I suggest you get in touch with a general surgeon and get yourself examined. The doctor performing a colonoscopy might take a sample.
Do revert back after getting examined by a general surgeon and the colonoscopy report.

I would suggest you consult with a specialist doctor, talk to them, and take medicines with their consent. Take laxatives and do a Sitz bath (sitting in lukewarm water with 10 percent Povidone iodine solution in it, three times a day for 20 minutes each time).

I have gone through your colonoscopy report as well as your biopsy report (attachments removed to protect the patient’s identity). I want to reassure you that there is nothing serious. Your colonoscopy report does show external hemorrhoids, which is what has been troubling you.
Continue with your medication as well as the Sitz bath. In all likelihood, it should subside with these measures themselves. And change your eating habits. Avoid constipation at all costs. Just in case it does not subside with medication, you may be advised to undergo surgery.
But to be honest, most of my patients respond well to medication, a Sitz bath, and dietary modification.

Scattered plasma cells in the colon and rectum are quite common. These are cells that fight against infection. Everyone has them. Do not get worried about these. Also, eat lots of curd or yogurt.

My symptoms had subsided for a while, but started again over the past week. Since yesterday, I have had hard stools. I noticed blood in my stool, blood drops in the toilet water, and two small blood-like lumps on the stool.

In all likelihood, you have either hemorrhoids or fissure-in-ano secondary to constipation. Take laxatives and eat plenty of curd and fruits. Wait for a week; if the problem still persists, then get yourself checked by a general surgeon.
