Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 64-year-old woman who has been diagnosed with cervical cancer L1B1. I had sudden bleeding and immediately went for a checkup. I had menopause 10 years back. Currently, I have blood pressure and cholesterol. What treatment should be taken for this condition?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I have seen the attachment (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity). It shows that cervix is involved with stromal invasion in the endometrial biopsy. The dysplastic cells are seen in the endometrium. As you have crossed menopause, radical treatment can be planned out. It is seen in the report that there is no blood invasion. So scans have to be done to know if they are any secondary infections in the body either in the peritoneum or in the liver or lungs. Proper treatment can be planned out after the report.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
