What causes chest pain, dyspnea, pallor, and fatigue?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been having some chest pain (stabbing, sharp, sometimes dull, and constant), shortness of breath, fatigue, and pallor. I eat a strange diet, which is 1200 calories a day, with the main protein and then carbohydrates. Sometimes I feel near passing out, and dizzy, my hands get completely white, and my vision gets blurry.

  1. Why is this happening?
  2. And what could I do to stay in my deficit but feel okay?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am very sorry about your medical condition.

Do not worry, I am here to take care of you. Regarding your symptoms, I believe you have developed severe anemia with anemic heart disease. Any history of smoking, alcohol, passage of bloody stool, or body mass. Please do CBC (complete blood count), malaria test, coomb test, peripheral blood smear, and suckling test, and reply to me with the result. Please take two tablets of ferrous sulfate 220 mg for a month.

I hope this helps.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
