Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been feeling something strange with my body for the last three years. I constantly feel hot on my face and shoulders, but cold below that, especially on my feet. This happens only in the winter season. Is it due to stress? Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Most probably it is stress-related. Some other common causes are high blood pressure, medications, diabetes, and hyperthyroidism. I would suggest checking your blood pressure in both standing and sleeping positions, thyroid hormone levels, and blood sugar levels, and getting back to me. Take adequate fluids and nutrition and avoid stress.

I hope this helps you.

Regards
