Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a newly married groom. While having sex I ejaculate too quickly. I want to stay long. I have tried doing the Kegel exercise and start-stop method but that too does not help me stay longer. Please help. I am 27 years old.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I do understand the problem that you are going through. But you need to understand this. Normal intravaginal ejaculation latency is 1 to 2 minutes. If someone ejaculates within 60 seconds of vaginal penetration, that also persistently over last six months, then he can be said to have premature ejaculation. Besides, yes Kegel exercises do help in improving the timings but gradually. Also, try changing your position while having sex (cowboy or reverse cowboy is helpful).
