Can antibiotics cause late ovulation or hormonal imbalance?

Hello doctor,

I was recently treated for a UTI (urinary tract infection) and took a lot of antibiotics. A day before I was supposed to get my period, I noticed I was ovulating, but I already ovulated this month. I have had pain and tenderness in my left breast, and occasionally in my right breast. My period is now four days late, and I felt something coming out of my vagina. When I checked, I saw a yellowish, transparent fluid that later turned into a white, milky discharge. I also sometimes feel tightness in my abdomen. I am really confused and need help. I am not sexually active, but I am not a virgin either. Could this be late ovulation due to hormonal imbalance from the antibiotics?
