What causes delayed periods despite taking i-Pill after sex?

Hello doctor,

I had unprotected sex on two consecutive days and got my period on the second day itself. Then I had sex again after seven days in the afternoon and the following morning, and took the i-Pill the same morning.

I experienced non-painful, period-like bleeding for three days, starting seven days after taking the i-Pill. Since then, I have had no periods.

I took a pregnancy test 18 days after taking the i-Pill, twice in the morning, and it was negative. Do I need to worry that I am pregnant? Why are my periods delayed?

My periods were delayed once for one month last year, and I bled for two days. For the other three days, it was just spotting.
