Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am worried that I will become diabetic as I am not following a properly balanced diet. I have been exposed to sugar very often for a very long time. I am planning to be careful hereafter and follow a balanced diet. Is there any sugar substitute to replace my sugar intake? How far is it good for people who have diabetes, and how will it help me from getting diabetes? I want to know more about the sugar substitute agents.
Kindly help.
