Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I have swollen veins on my penis, which are very large. I have discomfort, especially after masturbation. They had disappeared for some time, but have recurred. I am 22 years old and have varicose veins on my legs. What can be the problem?
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
Are the veins present all over the penis or only the glans penis? Do you have itching or any kind of burning sensation? Is there an erythema (redness) present? Do you have any history of unprotected sexual intercourse? How long have you had this issue? Can you share a few more pictures, including the full image of the penis to see exactly where it is located?
Please revert in case of further queries.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thanks for the reply.
I have itching right after masturbation. I do not see any unusual redness, nor do I have a history of unprotected sexual intercourse. I first noticed it seven days ago. The veins disappeared after I was not masturbating for three to four days. It reappeared after masturbation.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
It is a normal thing. There is no need to worry about it. If itching is present continuously, I suggest you apply antifungal cream. Consult your physician and take medicines accordingly.

Thank you.
