What could be the reason of fatigue, dizziness, and reduced urination?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 36-year-old working woman, and I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, and reduced urination (only two to three times a day) for the past two days. I am feeling very concerned. I work eight hours daily in an office and also manage my household responsibilities. Should I be more worried about my health? What could be causing these symptoms, and how can I find relief? Kindly help.

Also, kindly answer the following questions for the further guidance:

  1. Do you experience a burning sensation during urination?
