Hi doctor,
I do not find difficulty in sleeping. I sleep around 9.30 pm, and I wake up at 7 am. My sleeping schedule is normal, but I come across several bad dreams. I get up in the middle of the night due to bad dreams and take some time to sleep again. Can this be treated because I have dreams of fall and death?

May I know what your profession is? It can be because of stress. I suggest you go for a walk or jog every day. Then take a relaxing bath and try to spend some time with the kids. Finally, before going to bed, read feel-good books. Please do it for ten days and let me know the results. If you still have problems, then counseling is the only option.
