Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
The skin on my hands is becoming dry. On the palm side, it feels very hard and rough. Sometimes, the skin burns. What could it be?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Thank you for sharing your coronary angiography report with me (attachments removed to protect the patient’s identity). The report shows moderate disease in one of your coronary arteries, called the LAD (left anterior descending artery), which currently requires medical management only.
The other dominant coronary artery, the LCX (left circumflex artery), has a severe distal narrowing of approximately 95%. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with stent placement is recommended for the LCX, particularly if you continue to have symptoms despite optimal medical therapy. I hope this information is helpful.
Please reach out to me if you have any further questions.
I would be happy to answer them.
Regards.
