Which treatment can manage my endometritis bleeding at 38?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 38 years old and was diagnosed with endometriosis. I have mild headaches, insomnia, night sweats, nausea, and lack of appetite due to an abnormal and heavy flow during periods. It is a sudden onset, and the flow reduces after a heavy flow with clots. I experience this type of bleeding for the first time, but I had spotting sometimes. Before four months, I underwent surgery for the removal of scar tissue from my bowels. I am taking tablet Valium for anxiety and tablet Biphentin for ADHD. I took an ultrasound scan and blood test. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

1. I suggest (consult with a specialist doctor, talk with him or her and take medicines with their consent) one tablet Pause (Tranexamic acid 500 mg) twice daily for five days to reduce bleeding and capsule Evecare (ayurvedic ingredients) twice daily for three months.

2. Do perineal and pelvic exercise regularly.

3. Go for walks regularly.

4. Consume flax seeds, dates, beetroots, brown sugar, and green leafy vegetables.
