Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 20-year-old male, I think my penis hole is getting bigger. I do masturbate too much. I masturbate once or twice a day. What is the solution to my problem? What should I do to make my penis hole small or normal? What should I do to have a healthy and thick penis? And what type of food do I have to take?

Kindly help.

Hello,

We welcome you to icliniq family.

I appreciate the confidence you place in me for your healthcare consultation.

I can understand your concern. Masturbation is normal, 95 % of male does that it is just another way of having sex without a partner. It is a good practice. It helps to relieve stress, boosts mood, improves sleep, and helps to prevent depression and anxiety. Masturbation will harm your penis, having it two to three times a week is not an issue, more than that can cause tiredness, loss of concentration, sense of infertility. Some ways to reduce masturbation include

  1. Sex education.
  2. Physical exercises.
  3. Sleep adjustment.
  4. Quality of sleep.
  5. Healthy and balanced diet.
  6. Programming for leisure time.
  7. Development of spirituality.
  8. I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
