Hi doctor,
I am 55 years old and have had a fever for 10 days. All reports are negative. TLC count was 19000/microliters, and now 16000/microliters, but the fever is not coming down. Please help.

I understand your concern.
You are suffering from an infection that is evident by increased TLC (total leukocyte count). You should receive proper antibiotic treatment for this. If your urine test still needs to be done, get it done. Get your blood culture. Let us know if we can help you in any way.
