I am on my period for the second time this month. My previous period took eight days, but it is usually five days. What could be the problem?

I suggest taking antibiotics, analgesics, and antihistamines along with douching of the vagina with an antiseptic solution and vaginal pessary or ointment for five days. Along with it, an important part is the partner's treatment.
