Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I feel uncomfortable with gaps in my teeth, but my orthodontist suggested me to not get any orthodontic treatment as my teeth are ideal. But I need some advice. Is there any possibility of making my smile better?
Please help.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com
I understand your concern.
Can you give me an idea or provide me with an image of incisors showing how much gap you have between incisors?
If the gap is minor and still irritating you, you can go for clear aligners. These trays are fabricated according to your case, and you need to wear them for around eight months or longer, and the gap gets filled. But again, if the gap is minor and it is not interrupting your sleep, eating, and chewing in any way, then I would suggest you do not go for treatment.
As just a minor thing, all alignment of teeth and jaws will get disturbed, and this will make you more uncomfortable at the end of treatment.
I hope this helps you.
Thank you.
