Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern. This seems to be bloating or frequent burbling. Common symptoms of dyspepsia. I would suggest following:

1. Acid suppression medicine like tablet Pantoprazole sodium 40 mg a daily half hour before breakfast for three to five days.

2. Antacid syrup like Sodium alginate, Sodium hydrogen carbonate, and Calcium carbonate 10 ml after every meal and as per need.

3. Avoid spicy and fatty meals.

4. Have a home-cooked, soft diet.

5. Avoid smoke and alcohol.

For breathing issues, you need to be physically examined once, for gas trouble and stomach issues. I hope I have cleared all your doubts.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thank you for the response. Should I not worry about breathing issues? I have had it for the past six years.
