Patient's Query

Hi,

I am a 23-year-old male with a height of 5 ' 9 " and a weight of 86 kg. I think my body looks like a female body shape, but I am a male adult. Although I have always been like this since my childhood, sometimes, I feel like I am not a male, and I masturbate a lot. My upper body muscles look like a female body. However, I have low muscle mass. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I saw the pictures (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity).

It is an absolutely normal male structure.

Please answer a few questions-

1. Do you have a sedentary lifestyle?

2. Are you not doing exercises regularly?

3. Are you having normal sexual feelings, erections, and ejaculations?

Reply with details.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi,

Yes, I am living a sedentary lifestyle. I work at a pharmacy and have 12 hours of duty. All I do is sit and read prescriptions. I have a too-busy lifestyle. I do not exercise. I have normal sexual feelings, erection, and ejaculation. I like girls, but sometimes I feel like I am starting to like men also. It is not like I am gay because I do not entirely like men, maybe because of a low testosterone level or something. It may not look like a female body, but I can feel my body is not completely male structure. My upper body has fewer muscles and my lower body have more muscles, and my back is soft like that of females.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Weak musculature is due to a lack of exercise. It is not characteristic of female musculature.

I suggest you make your musculoskeletal system strong by following these tips-

1. You must start exercising and walking daily.

2. You must eat beetroot, sprouts, and bananas regularly.

3. You can take male hormone booster supplements.

Mild attraction towards a male is also expected at this age. But if you wish, you can perform a hormone assay test to see all hormone levels.

Send me the reports to discuss them further, and I can advise some medicines if needed.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
