What could be the cause of cauliflower warts in the anal region?

Hello doctor,

I found that I had one cauliflower-shaped wart-like growth with a few white pin-head-sized bumps on the inside of my anal hole which became visible when I bent over. I have had small bumps on my penis shaft for the last many years. Is there a chance of HPV infection?

Please help.
