Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been having an issue that began about a week and a half ago. I observed a little pale patch near the urethra that did not look elevated, as well as a cold sensation at the tip. Then I noticed that my glans were becoming wrinkled. I recently had an STD and UTI screening, but everything came back negative. And, as of today, I have observed a tiny redness surrounding the urethra, which is also wrinkled, as well as a slight swelling of the meatus. When I urinate, it feels hot but not burning. I too started having trouble while having an erection today. Which I am hoping is due to the worry and anxiety that I have felt as a result of this. I was relieved a little from my worry after receiving my STD results, but I am still experiencing issues that are bringing it back. I immediately showed two doctors the pale area, and they assured me that it was nothing to be concerned about. But it was never there before, so I anticipate something to be wrong.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

There is no need to be alarmed about the pale spot since there is nothing unusual. Also, all of your tests have come back negative, so I do not think you need to be concerned. It might be an allergy to soap or a condom, so avoid rubbing soap on your glans. Antibiotics are not necessary. However, you can relieve your urinary discomfort by using the medications listed below. Take one tablet of Flavospas (Flavoxate) in the morning and evening for seven days.

Revert with the answer to assist further.

Thank you and take care.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I will not be able to see a doctor or get medicine until the end of the month. I washed my genitals with soap a few days ago, and this is when I saw the tip turning red. How long will this flushing last? Is there anything I should or should not do?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern. It is only a reaction to the soap. There is currently nothing to do. Preferably refrain from washing with soap. Simply use water.

I hope this helps.

Thank you and take care.

Regards.
