Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I experience pleasure primarily when I press my penis between my partner's buttocks. When I move my penis upward, it becomes noticeably firmer. I also feel something firm, almost like a cord, beneath my penis during this action.
What might be causing these sensations?
Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
I understand your concern. It is normal for the gluteal muscles to contract during masturbation or ejaculation. It is also typical for the penis to become firmer with an up-and-down motion due to the high concentration of nerves and sensitivity in that area. Feeling a firm area beneath the penis during masturbation is also normal.
However, if you experience pain during masturbation, that is a cause for concern. Please share more details so I can assist you further.
