Hi doctor,

My hair started falling since ten years. I started my exam preparation with a lot of stress, which resulted in a lot of hair loss. There was a lot of hair on the bed and around the room. I simply ran my hands through my hair with wet hands and at least 15 hair stands came out. My hair falls out a lot while I am taking a bath. What can I do to stop my hair loss? Please help.

Please follow the below guidlines and stick to it.

  1. Try to Increase protein intake in your diet.
  2. I suggest you eat healthy and nutritious food because nutrition is the key to healthy hair.
  3. Try to avoid stress.
  4. Apply Minoxidil 2.5 percentage solution half a teaspoon twice daily in morning and evening for three months on the areas of hair thinning or hair loss, and also avoid contact with harsh face.
  5. I suggest you take combination of Ascorbic Acid 75 mg and Astaxanthin 2 mg twice daily after food for 30 days.
  6. Try to wash scalp with shampoo Procapil twice weekly while on Minoxidil.
