Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have had pain on the right side of my back head for two days and sometimes I feel giddy. Yesterday, I put ice pack and felt a bit of relief, but again after a few hours. Please advise.

Thanks.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I would like to know some details about your problem :

1. Since when have you started to have headaches? It started only two days ago, or have you also had intermittent headaches before?

2. Is it only on the right side?

3. What kind of headaches are these? Is it heaviness, throbbing, bursting, stretching, or any other type?

4. For how long one episode of a headache last?

5. How frequent are headache episodes?

6. Do you feel any vomiting, redness in the eye, watering from the eyes, or nasal congestion during a headache?

7. How is your day-to-day mood?

8. How is your sleep?

9. Have you noticed any trigger factors for your headache?

10. Have you ever undergone any investigations for this headache? If yes, what were the test results?

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
