Hello doctor,
My brother has cardiac valve disease, and he is currently still in critical condition after recovering from a cardiac arrest. The doctor told us that his blood pressure was too low (average 40mmHg) and was too dangerous to do surgery. However, it is also not safe if we just wait for him to get better. What should we do? Please help.

If you mean from a valve, a blockage in the artery, then treatment is immediate angioplasty.
