Is a finger cut an HIV risk in unprotected sex for men?

Hello doctor,
I am a 33-year-old male. I recently had a cut on my finger in my right hand. I touched the vagina of the sex worker while having unprotected sex. I am not aware of her HIV status. Can HIV spread through this way to me? The cut I had was healing without known blood stains. But I am terrified about this HIV transmission. How to prevent this HIV transmission and how to get tested for HIV? Do normal laboratories do this test? Should I need to consult a doctor and explain what happened, and do I need to get a laboratory prescription from the doctor to do this testing? Kindly suggest and reduce my anxiety.
