Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have constant feelings of excessive hunger. Even right after eating lunch, I immediately crave sweets. After eating any meal, I feel hungry almost instantly. I have chronic pain and have been living unhealthy for the last seven years, even eating so much of ice cream in one sitting from stress, sweet cravings, and boredom. I have a very inconsistent eating schedule, and I was overeating before bedtime and did not have breakfast. I was on gastroscopy six years ago, but they did not find anything wrong. I was on blood tests for thyroid disorders, and found nothing. I do not know what to do because it interferes with my life and health. I cannot eat healthy. And, also I never have a mood for certain foods, and fruits and vegetables, I prefer something firm in the stomach, or like cooked food. I am also bored of eating the same food for snacks, so that might be common. I am desperate. I am trying to figure out what to do or what doctor to visit. I Am trying to change my lifestyle. And I cannot reduce stress, and I am alone with insane issues. Please help.

Thanks.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

I have been trying to get into yoga past seven years. I suffer from ADHD, executive dysfunction, and procrastination. I always mess up my sleep schedule. I could not do things that took ordinary people do. And I cannot get help with my problems because I do not have enough money for a psychologist. I have many issues that you would think I am crazy. I suffer from insane existential depression. I have no friends or family to turn to. I am working on getting real-life friends, but no one understands me. It has messed up my eating schedule from stress and ADHD, and I never crave vegetables or fruits. Do you have any other ideas about what this could be? Could this be some disease?

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Understand that our mind controls our body. Some people think positively even in the worst conditions, try to come out of the problem. Your IQ (intelligence quotient) is good, and things will improve once you have a positive attitude.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

It is not that easy. I have astronomical problems. I have been suffering from borderline dementia. I have brain fog and extreme memory issues and cannot focus. I will try to work on these problems. I would need a caretaker with my ADHD, but I do not have money to pay for it.

Thanks.

Worrying about things beyond your reach is not going to solve your problems. Try to manage what you have and what you can do.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I am now focused on the same issue, but I cannot afford to manage many things. It took me seven years to fix my bedtime procrastination. It takes me over a week to get back on track, and if I do not sleep, I cannot solve other problems. I cannot even get fresh air for sleep, and there are no solutions. I live in a flat, and I cannot sleep with the noise from the street. I cannot get even primary living conditions. But it is essential to have fresh air for sleep. I have health issues; it is already years late, so I cannot afford anything. I still need to follow the diet plan. Is there any other doctor I should visit? Is there any other condition which it could be?

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I studied your problem. Since you have a good IQ (intelligence quotient) and it appears to be more functional, which can only be resolved by self-determination and improving positive attitude, and driving away negative attitude.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

How is my IQ related? I feel so lonely. I have a low IQ. I could learn a few pages in minutes, remember everything necessary, and discover five minutes before the quarterly test from my native language in high school. Now I am trying to remember even the names of items in the supermarket. I overdosed on the sleeping pill Zolpidem, which destroys memory and learning ability. I also realized I live in an environment with high carbon dioxide concentrations. I do not even have an essential healthy environment, and I do not have money to move out.

Thanks.
