Hello doctor,

I want to know something related to the Viagra dose as I have a high blood pressure issue just because of my weight as my weight is 198 pounds and I am also taking high blood pressure (BP) medicine named Telma-CT 40/12.5. So is it good for me to take Viagra and how much dosage is good for me? If I take it then how long can I take it? And is it safe for me as I have a high BP? Kindly suggest.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern. I suggest you check your blood pressure, if it's above 130 systolic, or above 80 diastolic (130/80) you can use the tablet Viagra (Sildenafil citrate and Triacetin) 25mg along with your old blood pressure medication. I hope you find this helpful.

Thank you.

Hello doctor,

Please let me know when I can take the Viagra dose and when I will take high BP medicine. Please help me. Is it safe for me to take Viagra once a week? When I take Viagra dose how many hours before 25 mg is good and will it increase sex time? As I am smoking cigarettes only. Please suggest if it is safe for me to take Viagra.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You can take the tablet 60 minutes before sex and should not have taken alcohol for 24 hours. You need to check your blood pressure 10 minutes before taking the tablet. You can use it once a week. It can increase sex time for a few people. Medicine is helpful only for erections not for timing. Smoking and Viagra is not an issue. But you should know that smoking causes erectile dysfunction.

Hello doctor,

I am not taking alcohol. When I take the blood pressure medicine my BP always be in 135/85. Sometimes when I smoke it will increase to 140/90. So I will take Viagra only 25 mg, right sir?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Since your BP is above 130, you can use Viagra 25 mg.
