Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

TTE shows LVEF and pulmonary hypertension. My mother is suffering from ILD, and recently, the doctor told us that she has heart failure, and now we are clueless. Please help.

Thanks.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

I am very sorry about your medical condition and am glad that you are paying attention to changes in your body system. I am here to take care of you. Regarding your mother's symptoms and laboratory report sent, she has left-sided heart failure on the lab report. The heart is not pumping enough blood to the body's organs. On top of that, she has diabetes that can affect the coronary heart vessels and kidneys, causing severe damage. Please let her take the following: Losartan 80 mg for one month, Semaglutide 2.4 mg for one month, and Atorvastatin 10 mg for one month.

I hope this information will help you.

Thanks.
