Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I sleep well. I do not have headache, vomiting, or loose stool. Early morning, after applying pressure for stool, I have leg pain and weakness. I used many medicines. I do not know their names. Is this problem dangerous? Am I going to die? Please help me.

Thank you

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Your symptoms are suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome associated with anxiety neurosis. I would advise the following in such a scenario:

(Consult a specialist doctor, talk with them, and take medications with their consent.)

  1. Take a proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Rabeprazole.
  2. Avoid fat and pepper in your diet.
  3. Take a smooth muscle relaxant like Mebeverine for stomach pain. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and start taking the medicines with their consent.
  4. Drugs like Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium bromide can be used if it is not responding.
  5. Discuss with your doctor to start you on anti-anxiety drugs like Escitalopram and Etizolam.
  6. You can also consult a doctor to get a ibs prescription medication, as well as you can get a best prescription for gerd to resolve your health problem.

I hope it helps. Stay healthy.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
