What is the treatment for irritant dermatitis?
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
My face is covered in tiny red patches that appeared overnight. They are not itchy or painful, but my face has a slight burning sensation. I work at a pool and think this could be due to the chlorine, but possibly something else. Beyond the red dots, I got four to six pimples in less than a week. I rarely break out that much usually just one or two pimples over a month. I have not changed my skincare at all in the past three months either. My eyelids are also red and irritated, and there is a dry patch on my right eyelid. Kindly help.
Thank you.

- Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals/irritants.
- Apply Acnesol A nano gel (Adapalene and Clindamycin) at night for two weeks.
