Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

Meniscal damage and tear are indicated by popping and locking of the knee. The affected knee joint has to be scanned using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and laterally viewed X-rays of both knee joints. Activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. Activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve. You are squatting, kneeling, twisting, pivoting, jogging, aerobics, dancing, and playing sports. You should wear a Hinged knee brace to support the knee joint all day, and you can remove it at night.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
