What can cause pain during defecation after hemorrhoid surgery?

Hello doctor,
Three months ago, I had laser surgery for a 3rd-degree hemorrhoid and chronic anal fissure. The progress was good, with minimal pain or bleeding. However, in the past few weeks, I have noticed occasional mild to moderate sharp and burning pain with each bowel movement, especially if I have more than two bowel movements in a day. The pain is less severe compared to before the surgery, and there is no bleeding or constipation. Do I need to be concerned, or is this normal? I prefer not to go to the hospital.
